			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Do you have a problem on waking up in the morning? Well, it&#8217;s normal anyway. Most of people have a same problem on waking up in the morning. But, for some other people, waking up is not a big deal. It&#8217;s easy to wake up in the morning time. And luckily, I am a part of those <strong>&#8220;some other people&#8221;</strong>. I have no problem on waking up in the morning. And this time, I want to share to you about &#8220;How&#8221; I made myself &#8220;easy to wake up&#8221; in the morning. Well, I hope this would be useful for you.</p>
<p>So here we go.</p>
<p><strong>DISCLAIMER :</strong> what I wrote here is based on my daily experience. I&#8217;ve tested it, and thank God it&#8217;s work for me. This tip is not tested scientifically, so I&#8217;m not guarantee that it will work for everyone.  It works for me but <strong>I&#8217;m not guarantee</strong> that it will works for everybody. Everybody is unique and special, you know.</p>
<p>So, I will make in short and simple. The core of &#8220;how to wake up in the morning on time nicely&#8221;, without using a disturbing alarm or a trick that only makes you morning sick, is <strong>YOU NEED TO INTEND IT, SPECIFICALLY</strong>.</p>
<p>INTEND IT, SPECIFICALLY. You need to intend that you will wake up tomorrow morning at specific time. For example, at the time before you sleep you need to intend that you will wake up tomorrow at 6 o&#8217;clock. That&#8217;s it. The mistake of people who wake up lately and not wake up in certain way is THEY NOT EVEN INTEND THEIRSELF THAT THEY WANT TO WAKE UP, SPECIFICALLY.</p>
<p>Ok, some of you will disagree with this. Some of you will said that &#8220;I&#8217;ve intend myself to wake up earlier in the morning, but still, I&#8217;m woke up late.&#8221; . Hmm, sounds like that my tips isn&#8217;t work to you. And hey, you&#8217;re almost right. You need to notice that the tips would not work if you&#8217;re not set it specifically. The common mistake is you intend that &#8220;I want to wake up earlier tomorrow&#8221;. The problem is the time setting. &#8220;Earlier&#8221; is not specific enough. What&#8217;s the definition of &#8220;earlier&#8221;? 2 o&#8217;clock is earlier. 6 o&#8217;clock is also earlier. 7 o&#8217;clock is ALSO earlier, if you&#8217;re usually wake up in 7.15. If you&#8217;re intending using &#8220;earlier&#8221; to set the time, the common results are you will wake up TOO early OR you are you are wake up LATE, without differences between your daily wake up habit.</p>
<p>So, what&#8217;s the inference? <strong>If you want to wake up on time nicely, INTEND IT SPECIFICALLY.</strong></p>
